York College Gallery is pleased to present a new exhibition by artist Andy Singleton called ‘Galaxy’.
Inspired by photography of galaxies and nebula from the Hubble space telescope, Andy Singleton explores the scale, intricacy and beauty of our universe through large scale paper cut installations, 2D paper cuttings and hand drawn illustration. Through these processes, he hopes to capture the same sense of awe that we feel when we look into the deepest regions of space. For his show at York College Gallery he will be creating a new site specific installation, along with a series of smaller 2D and 3D works
